The Romanian Journal of Applied Psychology (RJAP) is a peer-reviewed publication dedicated to the dissemination of research results and theory in all fields of psychology. RJAP publishes empirical papers, literature reviews, meta-analyses, case-studies and methodological papers. RJAP is oriented towards scholarly work done by researchers and practitioners. Special attention is given to articles focusing on a variety of phenomena with an applied emphasis, with both prevention and intervention as their focus. Articles are encouraged from all areas of applied psychology including, but not limited to, work and organizational psychology, personality, occupational health, cross-cultural, educational, developmental, health, and environmental psychology.

The Romanian Journal of Applied Psychology is the official journal of the Department of Psychology and Euroregional Centre for Applied Psychology from the West University of Timisoara.
